Grant opportunities from the Administration for Children and Families (ACF) and its program offices that promote the economic and social well-being of families, children, individuals, and communities.

CDC Procurement and Grants Office (Centers for Disease Control and Prevention)
This resource provides information on grants and contracts with the CDC. Each year, the CDC awards approximately $7 billion in over 14,000 separate grant and contract actions, including simplified acquisitions, representing nearly 85% of the CDC’s budget. The U.S. Government’s one stop virtual marketplace. Through this single point – of – entry, commercial vendors and government buyers are invited to post, search, monitor and retrieve opportunities solicited by the entire Federal contracting community. Any citizen can find opportunities.

Grants.gov (Grants.gov)
Grants.gov allows organizations to electronically find and apply for more than $400 billion in Federal grants. Grants.gov is the single access point for over 1,000 grant programs offered by all Federal grant making agencies. The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services is the managing partner for Grants.gov.

HIV/AIDS Grants and Contracts (U.S. Agency for International Development)
USAID works in 100 developing countries and in close partnership with private voluntary organizations, indigenous groups, universities, American businesses, international organizations, other governments, trade and professional associations, faith-based organizations, and other U.S. government agencies. This resource provides links to programs supported by USAID as well as directions on where and how to apply for grants and funding from USAID.

HRSA Grant Opportunities (Health Resources and Services Administration, HHS) This site allows grant-seekers to find, apply, review, and manage grants available through HRSA across all areas the agency operates including HIV/AIDS.

HOWPA Competitive Program (Office of HIV/AIDS, HUD)
Housing Opportunities for Persons with AIDS Program was established by HUD to address the specific needs of persons living with HIV/AIDS and their families. HOPWA makes grants to local communities, States, and nonprofit organizations for projects that benefit low income persons medically diagnosed with HIV/AIDS and their families.

New Funding Announcements (National Prevention Information Network, CDC)
NPIN provides a list of funding opportunities available for community-based and HIV/AIDS, STD, and TB service organizations. Included are details about eligibility requirements, application processes, and deadlines. New items are posted every Friday afternoon.

National Institutes of Health - Office of Extramural Research (National Institutes of Health)
Provides information about applying for NIH grants and funding, NIH grants policy, and forms and deadlines. Individuals can also search for funding opportunities and notices.

National Library of Medicine Grants and Funding (National Library of Medicine, NIH)
As part of the National Institutes of Health, the National Library of Medicine provides the following grants and fellowships to organizations and individuals.

    The Office of Outreach and Special Populations (OOSP) in the Division of Specialized Information Services (SIS) goal is to improve access to quality and accurate health information in underserved and special populations through its Information Outreach Program.

Office of Minority Health Funding (Office of Minority Health, HHS)
The mission of the Office of Minority Health (OMH) is to improve and protect the health of racial and ethnic minority populations through the development of health policies and programs that will eliminate health disparities. This page provides OMH grant information.

Ryan White Program (Health Resources and Services Administration, HHS)
