VuENSDF is a computer program for retrieving, displaying, listing and searching nuclear structure and decay data. Information from the Evaluated Nuclear Structure Data file (ENSDF) and the Table of Isotopes databases EHSDF (high-spin) and EDDF (radioactive decay) are available on this server for viewing with VuENSDF.

Data are traceable to the original publications through Keynumbers contained in ENSDF. These Keynumbers can be decoded into complete references using the Nuclear Science References (NSR) file.

VuENSDF can operate as a Viewer-application for Internet browsers, allowing data in the ENSDF format available on the WWW to be accessed remotely. VuENSDF can also access certain databases directly through HTTP.

Version 2 of VuENSDF has been renamed Isotopes Explorer. For information on the new version, go to the new home page. Isotopes Explorer is not ready for release yet, but if you follow the link "Transfer and installation" below and then go to the BETA page, you will have an opportunity to download a test version of the software.
