Section 2302(c) of Title 5, United States Code, requires federal agency heads and officials with delegated authority for any aspect of personnel management to:

• “ensur[e] (in consultation with the Office of Special Counsel) that federal employees are informed of the rights and remedies available to them under this chapter and chapter 12 of this title.”

OSC has developed materials to help federal agencies comply with their statutory obligations. Please fill out the form below and OSC will provide the requested material to you.
