ATMAC to Focus On NextGen Implementation
The RTCA Air Traffic Management Advisory Committee (ATMAC) will focus on NextGen implementation at its next meeting on January 23, 2009 at 1:00 p.m. in the Bessie Coleman Room at FAA headquarters. The ATMAC will consider a report prepared by its Requirements and Planning Work Group (R&P WG) produced in response to a request from FAA to review a draft of the FAA NextGen Implementation Plan to be published later this month as well as potential next steps that the aviation community should take in 2009 to advance NextGen. The ATMAC is a Federal advisory committee and its meetings are open to the public.
