Title:  Test Chamber B-1247
Description:  The Nozzle Test Chamber facility (located in building 1247D) consists of an open-jet chamber connected to a heated air supply and three(3) vacuum spheres. Exhaust flow of a nozzle mounted inside the chamber discharges through an adjustable diffuser into a 60 foot and 100 foot diameter spheres. The chamber vacuum level can be controlled by using a 41 foot diameter sphere. The facility is currently being upgraded with a larger chamber of testing configurations at higher flow rates.
