The Quality of Care Studies is designed to develop the capacity of CARE Act grantees to conduct analyses to examine the quality of care currently provided and undertake quality improvement efforts. As part of this initiative, consultation in the design of quality management analyses is provided and the creation and use of computerized client-level data is supported.
