(HealthDay News) -- Here are the latest clinical trials, courtesy of CenterWatch:

Multiple Sclerosis

If you are aged 18 to 80, were diagnosed with overactive bladder with incontinence at least three months ago, and have a cervical level spinal cord injury or multiple sclerosis that significantly restricts your mobility, you may qualify for this study.

The research site is in Winston Salem, N.C.

Fibromyalgia

If you have widespread muscle/joint pain, excessive fatigue and exhaustion, tender areas that hurt when touched, mental fogginess, or difficulty sleeping, you may qualify for this study.

Yeast Infections

This study will compare the safety and effectiveness of a combination medication versus a single medication to treat mixed bacterial vaginosis and vulvovaginal candidiasis (yeast) infections.
