Abstract

Meals Matter is a consumer Web site developed and supported by the Dairy Council of California, a state government entity that is funded by California’s dairy producer and processors. Meals Matter provides a range of useful features to make planning healthy meals easier. Specifically it offers: nutrition information that enables users to plan healthier family meals, interactive tools that customize nutrition and physical activity recommendations, thousands of recipes, quick meal ideas and suggestions, electronic cookbook, and meal planner and shopping lists.
