Abstract

The Association of State & Territorial Public Health Nutrition Directors (ASTPHND) is a nonprofit membership organization that provides national and state leadership on food and nutrition policy, programs, and services. The mission of ASTPHND is to provide national and state leadership for achieving optimal health through optimal nutrition for everyone in the United States. The Association works to strengthen policy, programs, and services related to food, nutrition, and health through communication, education and research.

Publications

Print Resources: The Association produces an electronic newsletter for members and partners, an Annual Report printed in June/July, 2 publications "Moving to the Future: Developing Community Based Nutrition Services" handbook and "Moving to the Future: Developing Community Based Nutrition Services" workbook/training manual.
