Abstract

The United States Eye Injury Registry (USEIR), formed in 1988, is based in Birmingham, Alabama and is sponsored by the American Society of Ocular Trauma (ASOT). The purpose of the ASOT is to allow its participants to expand the field of ocular trauma, advocating research, education, and legislation while continuing the valuable work of data collection.
