Abstract

The American College of Nutrition, (ACN), a membership organization founded in 1959, fosters and encourages nutrition education for physicians, allied health professionals, research investigators, and students in medical schools and in training for related careers; ACN stimulates the exchange of information on nutrition among basic scientists, health practitioners and nutrition educators. Serial Publications: Journal of the American College of Nutrition (journal), bimonthly--scientific manuscripts encompassing nutritional findings that are applicable to clinical practice, clinical and nutritional problems and programs in a wide range of medical specialities, nutritional studies, and nutrition education developments.
