Abstract

The Brain and Pituitary Foundation of America (BPFA) is a non-profit organization helping patients with brain and pituitary disorders. With early diagnosis, public and medical awareness, and patient programs, much of the physical and mental suffering associated with these disorders can be eliminated. The BPFA sponsors a broad educational program for medical professionals and the public, raises and distributes funds for research, provides educational material to patients, and establishes support networks for new and former patients. The Foundation also maintains a clearinghouse for current findings and research, and sponsors a patient profile registry.

Publications

The BPFA has educational materials for patients and health professionals.
