Abstract

The Food and Research Action Center (FRAC) is the leading national organization working to eradicate hunger and undernutrition in the United States. Founded in 1970 as a public interest law firm, FRAC is a non-profit and non-partisan research, public policy and legal center that serves as the hub of an anti-hunger network comprised of thousands of individuals and agencies affiliated with the Campaign to End Childhood Hunger (CTECH). The campaign works to document the extent of childhood hunger, alert the public and policy makers to the magnitude of the problem, and forge solutions at the national, state and local levels.

Publications

Materials published by FRAC include guides to individual Federal food programs, state school food legislation; a profile of major Federal food programs; updates on program changes and developing issues; nationwide survey on childhood hunger.
