MISSION
The mission of the DISA TRANSCOM Field Office is to provide the US TRANSCOM Combatant Command (COCOM) with responsive, high quality DISA telecommunications, information systems, and services support through local management of the DISA assigned portion of the Global Information Grid (GIG). The DISA TRANSCOM Field Office is the "single DISA voice" for USTRANSCOM.
ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS
The DISA-TRANSCOM reports directly to and receives operational direction from DISA's Principal Director for GIG Operations.
