| A unique identifier generated by the LSN and assigned to each document entering the system. The LSN Accession Number is formatted with a three character prefix identifying the originating participant organization (i.e. DOE, NRC, etc), followed by a nine digit sequential value. The sequential value is assigned per participant organization. This means that DOE and NRC will both have sequence number 1, but the LSN Accession Number will be unique due to the prefix. |
