3.1 Manager of Washington Administration and Performance Review Initiatives (Washington, D.C.) is responsible for executive level managerial and advisory services to the Commissioner and key managers of headquarters and field installations in the Bureau of Reclamation for facilitating and documenting accomplishment of National Performance Review (NPR) initiatives; acts for the Commissioner in his effort to fundamentally strengthen the organization and provide direction to the staff of Reclamation.
Represents the Commissioner with Departmental officials and other Bureaus, and provides liaison and assistance to Reclamation's Directors of the Reclamation Service Center, Organization and Resources Management, Management Services, Technical Service Center, and Administrative Service Center in Denver in their work with the Department.
3.2 Administrative Support Group (Washington, D.C.) provides general administrative support for the Commissioner's Office staff in Washington, D.C., including information resources management, correspondence management, property management, central files, mail distribution, human resources liaison, and special projects.
