14.1 Delegation. Subject to the limitations in 200 DM 1, the Director, Office of Trust Funds Management, is authorized to exercise the program and administrative authorities of the Special Trustee for American Indians necessary to perform financial trust service activities for American Indian tribes and individual Indians.
14.2 Limitations. This authority does not include the authority to approve the withdrawal of tribal trust funds under P.L. 103-412, American Indian Trust Fund Management Reform Act.
