Overview:
Learn how to set pay for employees under the Federal Wage System (FWS) in this extensive technical course. The course will serve as a basic reference and resource. Equivalent to 24 classroom hours.

In this independent study paper-based course, assistance is available as needed. Take up to six months to complete.
