Industry Filings Search Tool
The Industry Filings search tool provides access to information about, and submissions by, trading organizations such as designated contract markets (DCMs), clearing organizations such as derivatives clearing organizations (DCOs), and non-U.S. organizations (with respect to offering products to U.S. persons), including:
- lists of DCMs and DCOs;
- applications of entities seeking to become a DCM or DCO;
- certifications filed by DCMs and DCOs concerning their rules and products;
- requests filed by DCMs and DCOs for approval of products and rules;
- comments filed by the public concerning DCM and DCO products and rules;
- applications for foreign terminal relief and exemptions from CFTC Part 30 by foreign organizations;

The CFTC welcomes comments on industry submissions pending CFTC action. Deadlines for submitting comments are included with the submission, where applicable. Comments may be sent electronically to secretary@cftc.gov or by mail to the Office of the Secretariat, CFTC, 1155 21st Street NW, Washington, DC 20581. Please identify the subject. All comments received are posted to the CFTC website.
