The National Center for Computational Sciences (NCCS) User Assistance Center (UAC) provides support for NCCS resources. The center’s normal support hours are 9 a.m. until 5 p.m. (Eastern time) Monday through Friday, exclusive of holidays.

Oak Ridge National Laboratory (ORNL) users may visit the UAC in Building 5600, Room C103.
Outside of normal business hours, calls are directed to the ORNL Computer Operations staff. If you require immediate assistance, you may contact them at the phone number listed above. If your request is not urgent, you may send an email to help@nccs.gov, where it will be answered by a NCCS User Assistance member the next business day.
