The Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration publishes a list of suppliers of urine quality control samples to assist Federal agencies and DOT-regulated employers who must submit blind urine quality control samples to laboratories along with donor specimens under the HHS Mandatory Guidelines for Federal Workplace Drug Testing Programs.
