Disclaimer of Warranty This ecoSmart Design Software was developed by the USDA Forest Service for the express purpose of assisting Users in evaluating home fire safety, and is made available to Users "as is." By agreeing to the provisions set forth in the Disclaimer of Warranty, Disclaimer of Liability and Limitation of Liability, User is permitted free use of the software. USDA Forest Service expressly disclaims, and User hereby expressly waives against USDA Forest Service, all warranties, expressed or implied, including, without limitation, warranties of title, warranties of purpose, warranties of non-infringement or warranties as to any results to be obtained from any use of this software or any related documentation or information derived therefrom.

Disclaimer of Liability The results obtained with this software are merely an indication of what might happen to a home or other structures in the event a forest fire occurs in the vicinity.
