OMB Circular A-76: Performance of Commercial Activities

Overview:

The May 2003 revision of OMB Circular A-76 introduced new "rules" for competitive sourcing competitions. This course provides a proactive approach to the challenges of the A-76 process and enables you to perform certain steps in an A-76 study. Learning is accomplished through lectures, exercises and a progressive case study that addresses the major actions in the A-76 standard competition process.

Federal employees and government contractors who need an overview of the policy and process should take OMB Circular A-76: Management Overview (ACQI7526D).

This course is also part of the Certificate of Accomplishment in Acquisition.
