The E-Forms Catalog is part of Phase One of the Business Gateway Initiative, managed by the Small Business Administration (SBA) in partnership with the General Service Administration (GSA). The Business Gateway / E-Forms (BG) initiative is a government-wide effort, intended to reduce the burden (financial and nonfinancial) associated with government forms on citizens, businesses, and government. The Business Gateway initiative is comprised of 2 separate but complementary parts:

1. The Business Gateway: ( The BG will be the single access point for all the Government services and information needed to start, run, and grow a business. The Business Gateway will provide businesses with the tools to find information, comply with government laws and regulations, and receive assistance much more rapidly that they can today. It will reduce burden on small businesses through Business Process and Data Harmonization.

2. The E-Forms Catalog: ( The E-Forms Catalog will provide citizens and businesses with a common access point to all Federal Agency forms hosted on individual Agency web sites.

The BG initiative is an infrastructure oriented, Government-wide effort that will provide capabilities that may be leveraged across all Federal agencies, and programs aimed at citizens and businesses alike. It is a key building block enabling more efficient and effective communications and transactions between government agencies and those it serves.
