1442.202 Assignment of contract administration
(b)(2) The decision to withhold normal individual contract administration functions is delegated to one level above the CO.
(c)(2) The delegation of authority to issue orders under provisioning procedures in existing contracts and under basic ordering agreements for items and services identified in the schedule is one level above the CO.
1442.203 Retention of contract administration
(b) The HCA has the authority to review the validity of retaining contract administration while requesting extensive post award support from another contract administration office.

1442.602 Assignment and location
(a) The BPC has the authority to approve the appointment of
a Corporate Administrative Contracting Officer.
