Overview:
All session times shown are Eastern United States.

Improve your ability to manage tasks, timelines and costs on projects. Learn to organize work and resources to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget. You also learn methods for controlling and updating project progress, tracking schedule and resource changes, creating reports and more. Course materials include a textbook that provides developmental practice exercises.

During this two-week instructor-led, live online course, you participate in a two-hour class two days a week through the Internet. You master the course content through real-time lectures, simulations or demos, and slide presentations, and can join class discussions via text chat communication. If you miss any of the four live sessions, you can view the archived session. Between the live sessions, you complete instructional assignments.

You do not need MS Project 2007 to participate in the class. Our instructors use cutting-edge technology to allow you to simulate use of the application. However, we do recommend obtaining MS Project 2007 before the course begins because you will need the software to complete your assigned learning exercises and because having the software will help enrich your learning experience.

This course is also part of the Certificate of Accomplishment in Project Management.
