Discover the essential leadership skills needed to lead and motivate your team toward a common goal. Learn to handle different personality types, delegate effectively, overcome conflict without making enemies, and build high-performing teams.

In this two week instructor led, live online course you participate in a 1.5 hour class every Tuesday and Thursday through the Internet. You master the course content through real-time lectures, exercises, poll questions and slide presentations, and can join class discussions via text chat communication. If you miss any of the four live sessions, you can view the archived session. Between the live sessions, you complete instructional assignments.
