FREE Trial Request Form

Two year sample files for all GRC databases are available for an immediate free 30-day trials. This free trial service allows you to evaluate the database's content and experience the power of the GRC Biblioline system.

To create your free trial account (at no obligation), please fill out the following information:

2. What database would you like to explore (at least one required)?
AgroBase (1999-2000 only)

Federal Research In Progress (1999-2000 only)
NIOSHTIC Database (1997 only)
NTIS Database (1999-2000 only)

 

3. Select a User ID and password. Your free trial account requires these to logon. Please note that for full GRC subscribers, we can use your Internet IP address to log you on.
*User ID. (twelve characters maximum, letters and numbers only, case insenstive)
*Password (twelve characters maximum, any characters, case insensitive)

 

4. Submit this form (Use the button below)
Once you have submitted this form, we will send an immediate confirmation notice to your browser listing your User ID. We will assign a different User ID if your choice was already taken by another user. Your password will not change. Be sure not to loose your User ID and password, otherwise you will have to reapply using this page.

Once registered, to start a search, select the "Logon (Trial users)" link from any GRC page.

This registration gives you free access to a GRC database(s) for the advertised period of time.
An annual subscription to this GRC database is necessary if you wish to continue access after the free trial period.

See below for the terms and conditions of usage that are in force during your trial period.

Terms & Conditions

Below are the terms and conditions under which you will have access to the Gov.Research_Center™ and the right to use the information contained in it.

  1. You will not give access to unauthorized persons.
  2. You understand that these databases may contain copyrighted material. You will make no effort to alter, remove, or otherwise tamper with any copyright notice that appears on a displayed item.
  3. You acknowledge and understand that, with respect to the database as a whole, outside the United States NTIS reserves all copyright protections under applicable law and treaty.
  4. You may not publish, distribute, broadcast, retransmit, sell or otherwise reproduce any copyrighted item to anyone in any media, or create a derivative product, without the permission of the copyright owner.
  5. The software used to manage and manipulate the data and this service has been obtained from a commercial source solely for the purpose of facilitating your use of the database and is protected by copyright. It may be used only for that purpose. You acknowledge and understand that you will make no effort to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or reveal these programming techniques and structures.
  6. The information in the database is provided "as is." NTIS makes no warranty that it is correct, complete, current, merchantable, or fit for a particular purpose.
