Usabillity Solutions Group (USG) Provides Seminar on Developing Statements of Work

ME's Usability Group completed their Fall class sessions with a fully enrolled seminar on creating statements of work that meet usability requirements. Janice Nall, Director of USG conducted the class that included information on User and Task Analysis, Data Collection and Analysis, Information Architecture Design and Iterative Usability Testing. In addition, there was discussion on other facets of the project costs and proper use of project comparisons. The new class schedules should be out shortly.
