GAMS Package SPARSE-BLAS

Package : SPARSE-BLAS

An extension to the Basic Linear Algebra Subroutines (BLAS) for sparse vector
operations. The Fortran source here is a model implementation; it is hoped that
tuned (perhaps assembly language) implementations will be developed for many
machines, especially for vector and other high-performance computers.
