This unrestricted acquisition consists of the contractor providing all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items or services necessary to provide secure movement of United States Postal Service (USPS) and Military Postal Mail, including Registered Mail to and from Forward Operating Base (FOBs) Fenty, Camp Blessing, Camp Asadabad, Sharana, Camp Lightning, Ghazni, Shank, and Bagram Airfield. A Firm-Fixed Price contract award is contemplated for this acquisition. The performance period is one (1) base period of six months and one six-month option period. This procurement is full and open to all offerors. Paper copies are not available. It is the responsibility of all interested parties to review the FBO website frequently for updates/amendments to any and all documents for this solicitation.
