- Announcing IMAGEne! IMAGEne is a new software product that clusters EST's from GenBank to all known genes, ranks the clones within each cluster, and provides an interface to query the results. Master and candidate_gold listings can be obtained via an anonymous ftp site at image.llnl.gov. These listings are located within the /pub/image folder and are appended with the IMAGEne version number they were derived from. A master listing contains the 'best' clone for each known gene. A candidate_gold listing is a subset of the master list, containing only full length clones.
Apr 23 1998
- Public access to the Clone Problem database is now available via a user interface that returns all reported problems for specified clone(s).
Apr 08 1998
- A centralized Problem Clone database has been created to manage all reported problems with I.M.A.G.E. clones. LLNL and all distributors are now importing their reported problems into this database. A secure data entry form is available for use by LLNL and the I.M.A.G.E. distributors.
