The CD-ROM is organized by the themes – “Professional Development,” “Program Coordination,” “Supporting Quality,” “Literacy & Early Learning,” and “Financing & Subsidy Administration,” – and includes video clips, PowerPoint presentations, handouts, and electronic links available for download. The CD-ROM is suitable for use by state child care administrators, Head Start directors, pre-school and early care and education providers, technical assistance trainers, and others to train staff, learn what states are doing to support early learning, engage new partners, find print and on-line resources, and reach new constituencies.
