January 22, 2001:	Due to the continuing processing glitch, the National Registry database has not been updated since the evening of 1/16/01. Information pertaining to appraisers whose certification or licenses expired after 1/16/01, but were subsequently renewed, may be shown as expired on the National Registry. You may need to check directly with States to determine whether an appraiser's certificate or license has been renewed.

December 29, 2000:	Due to a processing glitch, the National Registry database has not been updated since the evening of 12/26/00. Information pertaining to appraisers whose certification or licenses expired on 11/30/00, but were subsequently renewed, may be shown as expired on the National Registry. Please pay particular attention to appraisers who are certified or licensed by Florida. You may need to check with Florida to determine whether an appraiser's certificate or license has been renewed. We also have added a list of appraisers whose certifications or licenses have been suspended, revoked, or surrendered in lieu of enforcement action. This listing is at the bottom of the "Appraiser License History Report." All of this information will be placed on the National Registry as soon as the problems are corrected.
