If you would like to order multiple copies (limit of 200 copies) of HIV/AIDS fact sheets and materials to distribute at your local event, please complete the materials request form. In your request for materials, please describe the event and how the materials will be used to promote HIV testing in your community. These materials are from the National HIV Testing Community Mobilization Campaign.
