The Pennsylvania State Police, Bureau of Criminal Investigation, established a toll free telephone number allowing members of the public to contact the Pennsylvania Criminal Intelligence Center (PaCIC) with information relative to Pennsylvania's Homeland Security and Top Ten Most Wanted fugitives. All information received will be reviewed and handled accordingly.
 
Members of the public are encouraged to report suspicious individuals or activity that may be directly or indirectly associated with terrorists or terroristic activity and report information on individuals listed on the Top Ten Most Wanted poster. 
 
Individuals reporting information will not necessarily be recontacted in all cases.
 
If you need help immediately, call 911.
