I am concerned about border security and strongly against granting blanket amnesty to illegal immigrants.  During this time of uncertainty it is essential that we secure our borders to protect American jobs and keep us safe from potential terrorist attacks.  I am committed to creating an immigration policy that will help, rather than hurt, our citizens and industries.  In Congress, I have voted for legislation to secure our borders, better enforce our immigration laws and stop illegal immigration.
