Sen. Hutchison Meets with Fort Bend Chamber of Commerce

WASHINGTON -- U.S. Senator Kay Bailey Hutchison (R-TX), Chairman of the Republican Policy Committee and Texas’ senior senator, today met with members of the Fort Bend County Chamber of Commerce in Washington, D.C.

“I am pleased to again be a part of the Fort Bend Leadership Forum,” Sen. Hutchison said. “Hearing from local leaders helps me address the issues and concerns of your community here in Washington.”

In her remarks, Sen. Hutchison discussed local issues and concerns, as well as broader national topics such as tax relief, immigration reform and the CREST renewable energy legislation she recently introduced.
