    5-Minute Special Order on the House floor

    On Monday, July 14, 2008, Congressman Michael Burgess delivered a speech on the floor of the United States House of Representatives honoring and remembering the late Dr. Michael DeBakey.  Dr. DeBakey was a mentor of Rep. Burgess, a pioneer in medicine, and a recent Congressional Gold Medal recipient.
