Many residents of the 4th district use federal student loans to help pay for college, graduate school or special training.  When problems arise with the repayment of these loans, the district office can provide assistance.  Likewise, those wanting help in procuring a student loan can also receive assistance.  Questions about financial aid also may be directed to the Department of Education's Student Financial Assistance Hotline at 1-800-433-3243.  The Education Department's Web site is at http://www.ed.gov/.
