The Subcommittee on Health met in open markup session and took the following actions:

H.R. 1343, the “Health Centers Renewal Act of 2007”, was favorably forwarded to the full Committee, amended, by a voice vote.

The following amendment was offered:

An Amendment in the Nature of a Substitute offered by Mr. Pallone, #1, was adopted by a voice vote.

H.R. 5669, the “Poison Center Support, Enhancement, and Awareness Act of 2008”, was favorably forwarded to the full Committee by a voice vote.

H.R. 1553, the “Conquer Childhood Cancer Act of 2007”, was favorably forwarded to the full Committee, amended, by a voice vote.
