Dingell, Stupak Not Satisfied With FDA Response to Committee Requests; Will Consider Other Options to Fulfill Requests
The following is a letter from Reps. John D. Dingell, Chairman of the Committee on Energy and Commerce, and Bart Stupak, Chairman of the Subcommittee on Oversight and Investigations, to Michael Leavitt, Secretary of Health and Human Services, expressing dissatisfaction about the lack of cooperation from the FDA to a number of Committee requests for information.
