Financial Services (FY09)

The following appropriations for Oregon have been included in the Financial Services appropriations bill for fiscal year 2009. The bill has been passed by the Senate Appropriations Committee. This is the first step for appropriations funding. Next the bill will come before the full Senate.

Bend Venture Catalyst - $245,000 - Establishment of the Bend Venture Catalyst to identify, assist, and grow existing small technology-based firms to their potential by connecting them with investors and key advisors thereby increasing the odds for success. The program will reach across the tri-county area of Crook, Deschutes and Jefferson counties
