H.R. 2780 To amend title 5 to clarify the method for computing certain annuities;

H.R. 2780 would permit the use of high-three average salary computations for full-and part-time work whether the work was performed before or after 1986, eliminate the adverse effect of part-time service performed late in an employee’s career, and provide a simplified annuity computation in cases involving part-time service.
