The Senate will convene at 9:30am and will be in morning business for up to 60 minutes, with the first half under Majority control, and the second half under Republican control. Following morning business, the Senate will resume consideration of S. 3001, the Defense Authorization bill. By Unanimous Consent the following amendments are in order to be considered when we move back to the bill: Vitter amendment regarding missile defense (2 hour time limit), a Nelson (FL) amendment regarding SBP-DIC offset, and a Kyl amendment regarding X-band radar.
