Interested parties should contact the Subcommittee no later than February 22, 2008, expressing their interest to either testify in person or submit testimony for the record. Clearly indicate your name, title, and institutional affiliation (if any). Clearly indicate the issue(s) you wish to testify on, and/or the agency, program, and desired funding level.
