Date: 10/6/05 |
Time (EST): 2:30 PM |
Place: Dirksen Senate Office Building, Rm. 342 |
This hearing will focus on a key piece of the Department’s business transformation efforts, supply chain management. The goal of supply chain management is to deliver the “right items to the right place at the right time” for the warfighter. In order to improve DoD’s supply chain management procedures, the Administration, the Department, and GAO have collaborated to create strategic plans to address shortcomings in the system. |
