WASHINGTON –U.S. Reps. Joe Barton, R-Texas, ranking member of the House Energy and Commerce Committee, and Fred Upton, R-Mich., ranking member of the Telecommunications and the Internet Subcommittee, today asked the Government Accountability Office for information regarding its planned survey on demand for digital TV converter boxes.
