NASA Investigation Thorough and Complete

Rep. Nick Lampson (D-Stafford) released the following statement today on the results of NASA’s safety review investigation:

“NASA’s quick response and thorough investigation following allegations of alcohol misuse in the space program is commendable. NASA has conducted itself with the utmost integrity and professionalism that we have come to expect from America’s space program.

“Although none of the alcohol misuse allegations were substantiated, NASA has established measures to enhance the safety, security and integrity of future missions.  I am proud of NASA’s conduct throughout this affair.

“I consider this investigation complete and join my fellow Americans who are eager to witness NASA’s next discovery.”
