My top priority on entering the Senate was establishing a statewide Office of Constituent Services (Jefferson City office) a one-stop shop to make it simple for Missourians to gain assistance with difficulties they have encountered with a federal agency. Since the creation of this special office, I assist between 80,000 and 100,000 Missourians every year. Whether it's with a Social Security check, Medicare payment, Veterans Affairs benefit, or Farm Services loan, I am happy to assist Missourians navigate the federal government.
Before I can contact the federal agency you are having difficulties with, I must have your written permission. The Privacy Act of 1974 mandates I have a signed Privacy Authorization Form before I can proceed with a Congressional Inquiry. Please fill out this form as completely as possible, it also provides my office with important details of your case which enables my office to assist you more fully.
